Buzzers In A Box - Work Shift Timer Kit

Synchronized buzzers, controlled by a Pyramid master clock.  Ring up to 200 events in a 24 hour period, copy that ring time across 7 days.  Have a different schedule for Saturday and Sunday (or have it off).
Updates for daylight savings, leap years, returns to correct time after power outage
Internal memory battery (user replaceable every 10 years) holds the program for 45 days during power outages (Tornados, Hurricanes, Floods).
Can also run synchronized wall clocks, both dial face and bright digital clocks.

Custom installed 10 AMP 120V Relay with power cord
This is a high-voltage system, conduit may be required in your state

Technical:
Quartz Crystal circuitry with computer frequency monitor chip keeps the time accurate

Simple 3 button set-up
Variable duration ring events.  3 seconds to start, 2 seconds to notify of break
1 second for two minute warning.  3 seconds to get back to work... and so-on

Typical labor recovery is 5 - 10 minutes additional work time per employee
Expandable:  Add as many more buzzers as you need.

Buzzers In a Box, Overview

  • Just press three buttons to program it, and have your schedule written out and in front of you

  • 200 events per day, spread (or shared) across 7 days

  • Run bells and buzzers out to 500' from the timer - an available power booster may be needed for distances over 100' and 4 buzzers.

  • Variable duration rings for each event, from .5 seconds to 15 seconds

  • Button one:    Enter and Save  
    Button two:    Up (numbers and settings) 
    Button three:  Down (and settings)
    Example:  Monday through Friday, 1/2 day on Saturday, closed on Sunday:

  • Expandable:

  • ADD WALL CLOCKS.  Synchronze up to 200 digital (or 8 analog (dial) clocks, maximum distance is 300'

  • Add more 110V buzzers as you need. You must add a power supply to run each set of two buzzers beyond buzzer #2.  Call us for information.  

  • Optional Synchronized Digital Clocks: Large 4" red numbers on high contrast jet-black background
