JJ Wagner ~ (his actual signature goes here)
When adding a signature, this then adds a lot of work at the engraving company.
How they do it:
They scan the signature and then optically correct it (people do not write consistently dark), and proof it against the original.
When satisfied, they send the program to a laser cutting machine.
The laser burns off the brass it from three angles, twice.
It adds about 10 days to the process.
One company does it for all of North America.
