Widmer Time equipment. If you have heard of it, odds are we have already tried
and evaluated it. We stock a large collection of loaner machines and rentals,
as well.
Our equipment is found in many types of businesses, from offices to
manufacturers to resorts.
Accounting, manufacturing, medical, dental, machine shops, stock brokerages,
court houses, law offices, car washes, movie theatres, restaurants, motels,
nursing homes, ALF’s, ACLF’s, hotels, golf courses, golf resorts, national
parks, farms, airlines, printers, print shops, engineering offices, schools,
convention centers, stadiums, dog tracks, and more. We also sell wholesale.
Florida Time Clock provides service to the Central and West Coast of Florida,
plus, as a part of a national dealer network (the NTEA – National Time
Equipment Association), we offer nationwide service. We ship via UPS ground and
air, so next-day delivery, loaners, etc. is a reality. We have equipment in
nearly every state of the union.
As an active (not just in name) member of the NTEA,
we work closely with HR Directors, IS Managers, PEO’s, and set up data
collections for a few branch offices of Accordia, Paychex, and other payroll
companies. We link our software to ADP, Quickbooks, ASCII, and other export
formats. Because of our contributions to the NTEA, you can be assured that we keep current with technology, and
have the resources to resolve your technical issues. Like other members of the
NTEA, our focus is on timekeeping products. We are experts, not generalists.
This attention to detail and commitment is your assurance of quality. If in
doubt, check our references. We have been described as “fussy”, “obsessive”,
and “excellent!” If you call the manufacturers and ask for a local
representative in the Tampa area, more often than not, you will be referred to
Florida Time Clock. This is an honor we do not take lightly.
Company Philosophy:
We have built this company on referrals; we do very little prospecting. We
believe that by showing others how to attain their goals, we will learn and
eventually attain ours honestly. We are not in business to make a quick profit;
Our goal is to provide security for our families and work in an enjoyable
environment. We put in the hours, we pay our dues, we invest in the business,
and we do non-profit work for the community. We live by the “golden rule,”
treating the customer with respect. and verifiable honesty Employees are expect
to take two paid, and one unpaid week of vacation time each year, plus all
public holidays. We want our staff to have clear minds and make good decisions
when they are at work, on the clock. We are available Monday – Friday, 8 – 6,
EST. When an emergency (yours) arises, we can be there on the weekend, late
evenings, and we’ve been known to arrive at 5:00AM just before the employees
arrive with a custom loaner clock. Again, check our references.
Florida Time Clock encourages its employees and colleagues to participate in and
contribute to local civic organizations. These include: Friends of Strays,
neighborhood associations, the Union of Concerned Scientists, and the
Friendship Trail Bridge Corporation . We give back as much as we can to
improve our community. We believe that through helping others attain their
goals, we will also reach ours.
